ECR Expert Panel WANTED!

WANTED: Early Career Researcher with Strong Views on Net Zero in the Energy Sector! Join an ECR Expert Panel for the Ofgem Strategic Innovation Fund Community Forum. 

Date: 4 March 2025, Edinburgh

C-DICE is looking to assemble a panel of 6 early career researchers (postdocs, research fellows, PhDs) to attend the Innovate UK Ofgem Strategic Innovation Fund Community Forum. The ECR panel will hear the project presentations, representing all the GB energy networks, and provide a review of the projects – Innovate UK are looking for fresh opinions from our next generation of researchers, to inspire their funded projects to think big, bold, and risky to solve net zero! 

The one-day event is aimed at project managers, engineers, innovators, and partners representing all the GB energy networks. It will be a great networking opportunity with those working on the large innovation projects happening in energy. In return you can have a chance to inspire the usually traditional energy networks to think differently!
