There are also a limited number of rooms available at the Cranfield Management Development Centre (CMDC) for delegates. Delegates will be considered for allocation, if stated in their travel grant application. This does not guarantee a booking even if the travel grant is approved.

You need to be registered on Inkpath to apply for a grant. Sign up for the activity on Inkpath and you will receive the application form via email. The deadline to apply is 12 September 2024.

C-DICE Bus Service

C-DICE is offering a convenient and sustainable transportation option for delegates attending the Net Zero Futures Conference 2024. Two dedicated bus services will be available for delegates – one from the University of Nottingham (with a stop at Loughborough University) and a second from the University of Birmingham (with a stop at Aston University) to the conference venue at Cranfield University.

Traveling together with fellow delegates supports our shared commitment to sustainability by reducing the overall carbon footprint associated with travel. The buses are free for all conference delegates, please reserve your seat in advance to secure your place on the bus.
